Product Introduction:

The electric three-piece ball valve adopts an integrated structure and is matched with the AOX electric actuator. It can be controlled to operate with the input of control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and a single-phase power supply. It has the characteristics of powerful functions, small size, light weight, reliable performance, simple matching, large flow capacity, and is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles or has a fibrous nature. At present, this valve is widely used in industrial automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical engineering, teaching and scientific research equipment, and electric power.

• TThe ball valves with internal thread connection and butt welding connection can be divided into integral type (one-piece), two-piece and three-piece types. The valve body is cast by using the advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and an aesthetic appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which ensures reliable sealing and enables easy opening and closing.
• The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with a back seal. When the pressure in the valve cavity rises abnormally, the valve stem will not be pushed out. For the two-piece and three-piece ball valves, in addition to the existing connection forms, there are also butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW). And all of them can be equipped with the ISO bracket platform and locking device that meet international standards. A 90° on-off positioning mechanism can be set up, and it can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation.
