Product Introduction:

The electric explosion-proof ball valve is a kind of valve in which the ball rotates 90° around the axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists of the rotary AOX-Q series explosion-proof rotary electric actuator and the O-shaped valve structure. It belongs to the rotary type of high-performance regulating or on-off valve. It can accept the input and output of current signals or voltage signals from industrial automation control (DCS, PLC system) instruments, and can realize the proportional regulation or two-position on-off control of the fluid medium in the process pipeline, thus achieving the automatic control of parameters such as the flow rate, pressure, temperature and liquid level of the fluid medium.

  • The explosion-proof electric ball valve has a small fluid resistance and is one of the valves with the smallest fluid resistance among all types of valves. It uses the power supply voltages of AC220V, AC380V or DC24V. By receiving current signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-10mA) or voltage signals (such as 1-5VDC), it can be controlled to operate. With the torque output in the angular travel, it rotates the ball from 0° to 90°, thus being able to complete the opening, closing or regulating actions.
  • The electric actuator adopts an electromechanical integrated structure and has functions such as servo operation inside the machine, position feedback of the opening signal, position indication and manual operation. It is powerful, reliable in performance and simple in wiring. By inputting current signals or voltage signals, the rotation angle of the ball core (any angle from 0° to 90°) can be changed to achieve proportional regulating actions.
  • The channel of the ball core is flat and smooth, and it is not easy for the medium to deposit, so pipeline pigging can be carried out. It has a simple structure, is lightweight and has good sealing performance. It is especially suitable for occasions where a zero leakage rate is required.
